Recovery from mental illness has been verified scientifically from numerous research projects

conducted in America and research done  by the W.H.O.   (world health organisation.)

One factor that comes across is that peer support is very significant for peoples recovery

and medication does not feature as an important factor.  75% of people diagnosed with

a major psychiatric disability in Far East countries recover with only a fraction of the

medication that would be prescribed in the West.
